Our Approach to Addiction Treatment

At Soledad House, we use both holistic and evidence-based approaches to addiction treatment. A variety of therapies might be incorporated into our patients’ treatment plans to help them work through the underlying causes of addiction and develop healthy coping skills. We don’t just help our patients get sober. Instead, we promote long-term, sustainable sobriety through our treatment programs. At our women’s addiction treatment center, we offer an addiction treatment plan based on your needs. This plan could include any of the following substance abuse treatment programs, depending on your specific needs:

Some of the levels of care that we offer include:

Most women struggling with a severe addiction who have suffered repeated relapses will benefit most from residential treatment. In our residential treatment center, patients can focus on their recovery away from the stresses of everyday life. An outpatient program either serves as a transition from residential rehab or as a starting point if the individual has a stable and supportive living situation. Women who have a toxic living environment or just need additional support can also live in a sober living home while in treatment. Finally, an extremely beneficial part of a treatment plan is ongoing care, and an aftercare program will provide you with incredible support.

Fun Sober Outings for Women in Recovery

One of the ways that we help the women in our care make lasting changes in their lives is through our sober outings and activities. Learning how to enjoy life in recovery can be an invaluable part of the recovery process. Our center is located in beautiful, sunny San Diego and is just two miles from the beach. Our patients can enjoy surfing, biking, hiking, and getting to know each other in the sunshine. Building a strong network of support can help women in recovery avoid relapse. We’re constantly offering different options for outings and activities so that our patients can rediscover joy and happiness.

Take Back Your Life at Soledad House

There is a wide range of reasons why women develop addictions to drugs or alcohol, but family pressures can play a big role. At our women’s addiction treatment center, we offer a family therapy program so that every member of the family can begin to heal. Addiction may have impacted your spouse, children, parents, and other loved ones. Everyone must recover together. Family treatment programs help everyone begin to process the events of the past and learn how to move forward. Although past events can’t change, you’ll learn effective communication skills and strategies to work through conflict in a healthy way in family therapy. Part of staying sober is coming together to work towards this common goal. You’ll learn how to be a better wife, mother, sister, and daughter and can build stronger, healthier relationships. Reach out to Soledad House today at 866.314.3222 or connect with a member of our team online to learn more about our addiction treatment services. We can answer your questions, verify your insurance, and help you access the care you need to change your life.
